Meet our founder, Shilpa

SEE GOOD STRATEGY GROUP is led by Shilpa Gadhok, an award-winning purpose-driven brand executive with a deep passion for pioneering smarter ways to catapult brands for growth and impact. With over a decade of brand experience, she has built her career on re-energizing brands in an ever-changing market, while building the identity for young brands looking for breakthrough, sustainable growth. A classically trained CPG brand marketer who also has start-up experience, Shilpa possesses a unique skillset to set a strong strategic vision in shaping the brands of today for the positive impact they will deliver tomorrow.

Shilpa was named to Ad Age’s 40 under 40 list in 2017, was a finalist for the prestigious Milton Hershey Award, and is also a recipient of the P&G North America President’s Award. She is a mentor and marketing industry expert for the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship & Polsky Brain Trust, affiliated with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In addition to being a Featured Guest Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health, Shilpa serves on the Advisory Board of Pilot Light, a non-profit organization focused on advancing access to food education in US school systems. She also serves as a mentor for the Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project, a school that empowers children from India’s lowest socioeconomic class to break the cycle of generational poverty through education, leadership, and compassion. Shilpa received her bachelors from Drexel University and her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
